I just got a call from ripoffreport.com trying to extort me out of money once again.
The fucked up part about this. My company was never involved with any ripping off of anyone. My competition filed a bogus report on my company with some bogus info about people that have never worked for us along with a website that does NOT belong to us.
Now I’m getting automated calls from these assholes to my business asking me for $.
BULLSHIT!
Contact me and join our class action law suit. We have an Attorney that is willing to go all the way I just posted down below yours and we will fight for what’s right get back to me if you can provide proof
I read that Ed Magedson is wanted by the FBI!!! If he is somewhere in the Tempe / Phoenix area they should be able to locate him if they are serious!!! He is NOT God!!! I bet a good, experienced PI could find him – if in fact he is still in the USA!!! He could be in Costa Rica or Belize etc!!!
I know there are a lot of other people who want to get their hands on him personally!!! And he can’t go into the “witness protection” program – so I think his days are numbered!!!

Ed Magedson by all clear definition is a Data Terrorist who houses and gives platform to other data terrorist who use this site to leverage technologies from companies that own them rightfully, or they were not hired for a job so they use ripoff report as the foundation and escape route to do their terrorist activity in trying to force business to do their will or try to buckle the business from the bad publicity. Ed Magedson tries to hide behind the right of speech, but what he does know that their is a Federal law against terrorist action against a business. Be aware of these terrorists groups such as a guy name Tad Timothy who shows other data terrorists how to manipulate business. His company called Brand Burst is his front, he has no marketing skills and is for a fact of being a Data Terrorist who pays money as a payola to Ed Magedson. Beware of this data terrorist.
I have been victimized by Tad Timothy as well and have had defamatory posts on Rip Off Report posted by Tad Timothy last May. I have currently hired an attorney and am seeking an injunction against him and my ex boyfriend comedian Derek Richards who orchestrated this brutal attack on my reputation. Fortunately for me defamation is still against the law and I will post what I am awarded in damages after the legal proceedings are finished. For those of you who are not aware of this, you have legal rights and this site does not promote freedom of speech but rather promotes libel and defamation which is easier to prove than you might think. Unfortunately the legal expense can be prohibitive but this is the only way that we will get disgusting sites like these off the web.
I can help you guys. I have been scammed by ripoff report they hacked into someone’s email that I know and posted things about me that are not true and it’s in defamation of character to me. I am filing a class action lawsuit and you can team up with me if you have been ripped off by rip off report. I spoke with Ed the owner and he is running a terrible enterprise. He has hurt me financially to the point were I have lost business from all over. I have spoken to several individuals and we are moving forward with them . Be careful working with Thomas Budasz! The reports about him here are true and nobody hacked into his email account. He owes me $50k and a lot of other people even more! I warn you against working with this scammer and con man! He’s going to be going to jail after I’m through with him. When several people are all accusing him of theft and being a con man and a liar, and he calls all of them names, guess who is right and who is wrong! Stay away from this guy – especially women! He’ll take you for all you have!

I’m ashamed to admit that I was also scammed upwards of $75,000 by Thomas Budasz, and I know others that he duped too. Be smarter than we were and don’t let it happen to you too. He can smell money a mile away and will do whatever it takes to convince you to trust him with it…..that there will be a fast turn around, big profits, etc. If it sounds too good to be true….
This is absolutely true. Ladies, well anyone he is a fast talker and charmer. I put my name on many hotel rooms and a u haul truck being the nice person I am. He said he was moving for about 3 to 4 monthes now and has done nothing. He damaged the truck, stole my clothes and alot of other personal items. When he gave me my so called stuff back it was a bunch of garbage, empty drinks etc. Basically a f… You. When I rented from u haul in Mount Prospect they released the truck to him when it was in my name when I personally called 15 to 20 times telling them NOT to. Now, I’m in Jeopardy of losing my license since he was driving this truck without my knowledge through God knows how many I passes! How upsetting when you try to help someone and they basically ruin your life in two weeks. I can no longer rent a hotel room or car/ truck. Also, I’ve seen many messages popping up on his phone while with him saying ” you better give me my $$! ” I was so blindsided he has done so many awful things to people to get a quick buck. There is only three options someone is going to kill him from all the money he took from them or be arrested, or die from a overdose. He has a gambling problem and a huge habit for drugs! I don’t even know where to start. He is a such a lying , slick, schumbag with no remorse for the people he hurts. He will take u for whatever he can. His latest scam is a car rental business. Really? What is he going to rent you a bicycle? Please everyone do not fall for his scam. I had to learn the hard way! The police are so lazy they wouldn’t even take a police report for the u haul situation so I guess cause he lost his license it’s okay for me to. You would think a person with a million dollar bond ankle bracelet on and a no bond in a another county would want to help but, the police couldn’t of cared less. Just wanted to get this out there.

I love that the site is available for bad companies. It keeps them honest if they know of it. My biggest peeves are liers and thieves! And they are EVERYWHERE , privately and the internet. Same as Gov. Insurance, Lawyers and on and on. It’s sad.

My name has been drug through the dirt by RipOff Report even though I never had contact with the person writing the Negative post. I asked to be removed since I never met the person and was mistakenly added to a list within the report. Matter of fact I think the report in itself is FAKE and a vehicle for EXTORTION. RipOff Report refused to do it. RipOff Report is a CENTRAL HUB for Extortionists trying to take advantage of innocent people. I suppose not all posts on there are fake, but this one was. The fact that RipOff Report refused to remove this post, or at least refused to remove my name from it (when it clearly shows in the post I never had contact with or met the person) shows that in the background they are running an unethical website. It also shows that the post itself is/was a vehicle for EXTORTION. The person posting has ZERO PROOF of anything! Why was my name posted for no reason? WTH is happening with people that they need to stoop down to this level? Still if people do thier research, they will realize that the person who posted the report is the sick one, the EXTORTIONEST.
